Paul Bamba’s path began in the foster care system of Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and continued through the streets of New York City. Joining the Marine Corps at seventeen gave him a foundation of discipline and resilience through combat deployments in Iraq.
After returning to civilian life and facing homelessness, boxing became a route toward transformation. In 2018 he founded Trifecta Strong to help others build physical and mental strength, then entered the professional ranks in 2020.
